STORE POLICY

Due to the level of customisation of the products sold, unfortunately I cannot accept returns. The buyer must accept responsibility for incorrect sizing/measurements, or not being clear enough when submitting special requests. When giving special requests, please make sure to be as detailed as possible, I try to check as much as I can where possible but it's sometimes hard to get ideas across!

However, if there is a problem with the quality or the design of a product, either a replacement can be sent out free of charge or a partial/full refund may be discussed.
